Ingredients

    1 Banana (best when ripe)
    1 cups Ice
    1/6 cup Yogurt - preferably Greek yogurt flavored with honey
    1/4 dry oatmeal
    8 Almonds

Directions

Put almonds and oatmeal in blender and grind into dust. Add rest of the ingredients and blend into a smoothie. If too thick, I add a splash of pure coconut water.
